Customize popup with MSSQL integration

I have created a MSSQL integration and using a select statement to lookup the customer record using the caller ID number. Is it possible to customize the format of the popup. I'd like to put the customer name on one line and company name on the next line instead of the same line in parentheses. The company names are getting cut off currently.

Something you could do is having a web page that shows this information, and provide the URL and contact link. This way the Web Client will popup this URL and you will see all the details.
