cut Fax with 3cx server

sorry for my english.

i have a 3cx server (6.1.0), and i have a problem with fax reception. in fact, 50% of my received fax are cut, and incomplet.
i have a sda ligne for fax, and patton 4638. firmware 4.1

it's a important problem and if one person have an idea ...

Hi ehermouet,
As requested from French forum, you give here details about your gateway.

SN4638 V4.1 firmware are EOL. May be you can try to update it to 4.2 where many T38 fax improvment where done.
As I'm not sure of this, contact asap your Patton supplier or support (if still under support) to be help.

On my onw, we have a customer with SN-4634 (smaller than yours) and 3CX support team has restricted Patton firmware update NOT after march 2008 releases.

thank. i upgrade my firmware to 4.2 last week end, and it's the same thinks.

i have no idea .
