Solved D785 firmware upgrade issue

Trying to upgrade the firmware on our D785 phones to the new 10.1.141.10 version. Enter the download URL for it, and click load. All goes well, firmware upgrades, but as soon as the phone application is fully loaded, a software update restarts, and the previous 10.1.84.15 is re-loaded.

Hi Jim,

That's because you upgrade it manually by pasting the URL, but your PBX still has the old firmware deployed.
The phone reboots, finds the old firmware, and downgrades again.

Firmware updates for provisioned phones should be done from the management console. Do it from there and it will remain on the new version as intended.
