Greetings

Windows 10 Pro latest
Just updated to the latest 16.05.612

Seems to be a connection error of some sort to 3CX but not sure ..

Getting errors on the main screen as in FQDN changed License expired etc. When I click on an item to review it states 3cx server not reachable / Unavailable
However , a few seconds later the screen goes back to all green and looks normal and connected .
Using dynamic public so 3CX manages the external info , FQDN etc.
Actual message : " Unable to reach 3CX License Activation Server. Confirm that your Primary DNS Server is able to resolve activation.3cx.com "
Only started occurring after this latest upgrade ..

What DNS servers are you using on your machine, change to google DNS 8.8.8.8 this seems to resolve some issues

OK just did so I'll test out - Thx !

Log in is weird as well .

Still showing errors after changing dns to 8.8.8.8 from my verizon dns

: Unable to reach 3CX License Activation Server. Confirm that your Primary DNS Server is able to resolve activation.3cx.com "

Seems to be showing up when I first log in as the icons are red but change to green after a few moments
When I log in via chrome , it states " Loading " and gets stuck there .
I have to re initialize the url to get to the main screen
I'll check out the dns and see what it tells me .
Interesting as everything was working until the upgrade .
Thx

I have 1 system with a very similar problem, mines on debian after a upgrade from windows, for a few seconds its all red, slow logging in then once your in it all goes green

Interesting MIchael . Wonder how many others have this issue ? Is it 3cx code or windows or networking ?? Did they change dns to some degree ? Seems to be connected to dns as it cannot resolve x.3cx.com but I have to do more testing first to confirm that ... Appreciate the help and response - Thanks !!
