Solved Dashboard shows phones on unsupported firmware but everything is up-to-date

3CX updates recently listed a Fanvil firmware update. I downloaded this and then applied it to the necessary phones out of ours.

Everything went smoothly but afterwards the dashboard still says this:



If I list all of our phones nothing is shown in red. All of the Fanvil's are showing as 2.12.1.7297 (i.e. the new firmware). No other phones are showing in red.

I waited overnight to see if the issue would go away but it hasn't.

Ideas?

Are you using any custom templates? As soon as 1 custom template is used, the Phones tick will change to the exclamation.

There have never been any custom templates in use on this PBX

edit: And the problem started immediately after the firmware update

The red exclamation appears when the system detects a deviation in firmware version, supported templates etc. If there is no reason that you can find for it to appear at all, may I suggest contacting a partner to escalate this to 3CX Support?
