DDI report

Hello,
Is it possible to run a report to see how many calls and how were they answered on DDI's?
We're on v.20 and I found something on the forum but I think was possible on v18 (TRUNK / DDI report), however I can't find it on v20?!

Hai,
if you give the name for the DID, in the report you can see the DID name so u know which call receive on which DID.
for Details, you can use CDR feature in 3CX to get the CDR record in any 3rd party CDR software tools
