Default Ringtone for Fanvil X7A

Hi-

Having trouble trying to make sense of the ringtones on the X7A. I just bought 3, and I'm trying to change the ringtone. Something odd is going on.

By default, the ringtone is "Bollywood.ogg" - way too intense for an office setting. I changed the tone on the phone's GUI to "Kuma.ogg" - a softer and more office appropriate tone. Calls between extensions ring using the tone set in the GUI, but external calls all use Bollywood.

I've changed the "Configure default ringtone" and "Configure queue ringtone" options on the extension, choosing every option to no avail. I get the same behavior for calls to queues, ring groups, and even my DID. I feel as though this is a setting in 3CX that I'm missing. Some help would be appreciated!

This has always been the default behavior of 3CX

- Option to change internal ringtone (so you can tell internal calls apart from external)
- Option for distinctive Queue Ringtones
