Hi Folks,
We are running 3CX v16 hosted on Azure. I've followed the recommended hardware specifications doc published by 3CX based on our ~35 total extensions. The latency to our 3CX VM in Azure is around 12ms. All handsets are provisioned with Direct SIP (STUN). In our primary call queue, we have 11 extensions assigned. When an inbound call comes to the queue, frequently (several times/day) an extension will pick up the call and multiple phones will persist ringing for 2-3 rings before they "recognize" that another extension has picked up the call. We have a symmetrical Gig fiber internet connection.
Any ideas why this lag may be occurring? What are the proper steps to troubleshoot?
