Delayed VM

Hello. We run Ver. 16.0.3.676 on in windows server 2016 std. The extension with the issue is using the yealink t27g phone with latest supported firmware. Phone is local LAN to 3cx server and fully provisioned. Ext does belong to a call queue. Read past posts that this was addressed in ver 15 somewhere but we still seem to be affected by it. Is there any new fixes or things to look in the 3cx server?

Assuming Delayed VM notification to the phone?
Usually this behavior is caused by excess network traffic.
VLAN being used?

right the delay being the time she gets notified and the time stamp on the VM not the same. no we don't use VLAN's for phones.
