Does anyone know how to delete individual messages in 3CX? We had a child send something inappropriate in a company chat and would like to clean that up.

Delete the whole conversation unfortunately.

Does that actually delete the whole conversation from the server, or is it just my view of it?


I've seen chat history persist across even user delete\recreate.

 

[Alphabetic]

Deleting it from your client will delete it from you only.

You will need to purge the chats from admin but this will purge all.

I dont think its possible to delete individual chats.
