Delete Patton Gateway

I have seen other post with problems deleting SIP trunks associated with Patton gateway. (Commit failed on transaction Delete TCX.Configuration.Interop.Wexternalline) The solution in those posts is to open up a trouble ticket with 3CX. Has anyone found the solution without a trouble ticket? My system is on premise, Windows 10, 3CX v18. I don't want to pay $75.00 for a trouble ticket if I don't have to.

Your partner can open a ticket for you (depending on partner level) at no cost (from 3CX).

I can't say for sure what 3CX does, but I bet they just edit it out of the database. Super dangerous unless you know what you are doing.
