Delete Trial

I need options that are not available using the hosted version. I setup a new VPS, but can't get the hostname to see it. I released the hostname in the customer portal.

How can I get the hosted version removed and use the new VPS?

Please send me a p.m. so we can look into your issue. Also if you released the FQDN from the licence key in the costumer portal that means that the DNS cannot point to neither PBX.
Try restarting all services on the new PBX and check the costumer portal to see if the FQDN is again bound to the licence key. If not then you will need to re-install after we delete the free instance.
