Deleted voicemail keep coming back?!

Hi Guys,

Just a quick question. Has anybody encountered such scenario, whereby the user has already deleted the voicemail on the phone but after few minutes the voicemail came back?

This happens to me on Linksys SPA901 and SNOM 320. What's worse is that, some user didn't encounter such scenario.

Any suggestion/advice will be appreciaeted. TIA.

Guys, it's getting on my nerves... this is very frustrating...

My colleagues in the office keep complaining that they have deleted their voicemail on the phone but it keeps coming back.

Both Linksys SPA 901 and SNOM 320 VoIP phone experience this issues.

Hope any one can help.

Do you mean the actual voicemail on the system or the MWI on the set? Since Voicemail is in 3CX and not the set I would not suspect a problem like this to be set specific. They are pressing the * after 3 ,and before they hang up it tells them "end of messages"?

You can always try and delete the VoiceMails manually by going in the 3CX folder in C:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Ivr\Voicemail
