Department based Contacts

This was in a past thread that has been closed

But In V20 it was to be released Department Contacts

Now in the post the last updated back in Sept 2024 was no updates

Is this ever going to be released

Also why announce a feature and take forever / never release it?????????

This has been something that has been mentioned countless times. It is in the pipeline.

We currently do not have a specific ETA on this. There is a lot of work going on in the backend to accomodate this, hence the reason it is delayed.

We just have to be a bit more patient.
