Deploy Chrome Extension with pre populated Web Client URL (Click2Call Beta)

Hello, is there a way to deply the Chrome Extension with the web client > configuration setting > Web client Selected and the Web Client URL prepopulated?

Just saves our staff having to copy and paste a link that I'm certain they will have problems finding!!
Any help most appreciated
