Solved Deployment type won't change

my instance is currently hosted by 3cx. I want to self host it so i can release the fqdn. i logged into the 3cx portal. go through the whole process of migrating from hosted to self host. it sets it all up with azure. but under subscriptions, it still shows my old hosted IP and deployment type as "Hosted". Meaning i can't release the license.

what do i do

Hi there @roy77kahnman,

If you want to use your PBX on Private Cloud, first open a support ticket with this info: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/delete-instance-hosted-by-3cx.75573/ . Cloud Team will delete the Hosted instance as there cannot be more than 1 PBX per License Key.

After the Hosted by 3CX instance has been deleted, you will then be able to release your FQDN from your customer portal.
