We are looking to deploy some zebra devices in our workshop and want to be able to include the 3CX Android client on these. There is a mix of TC26, TC21 and EC30 devices. The first two are fine but the EC30 devices don't have a built in camera. They have their own optical scanner but the 3CX app doesnt appear to respond to this.

Is there a way we can configure these without a camera? We are using intune as MDM so ideally something using that? The provisioning QR code simply appears to be a link to the contents of the .3cxconfig file. I suspect downloading that file using MDM and then executing it in the 3CX Client app might work, but the latest security updates seem to suggest the .3cxconfig deployment method is being removed so I presume this behaviour will soon be blocked in the Android app, if not already?

Hi @nickb512
Thanks for your feedback.
You can access the config file by:
- Logging in via the pwa/webclient
- At the bottom of the vertical nav-bar, click on Apps
- Click on Windows App
- Click on Download button in step 2 'Use this configuration file to provision App'

Thanks
