Solved Desk phone wont ring when android client instaled on mobile phone

desk phone is a legacy Cisco 509G. User installed android client to get some functionality with web client as she is reception desk. As soon as the android client was installed, no calls go to desk phone(wont ring)
Capture shows incoming call rejected
She uninstalled the android client from mobile-no change, desk phone will not ring
Any ideas anyone? this works fine with ios mobile clients-calls ring desk and mobile with ios client on iPhone.

Call rejected for what reason? Any, other than simply "rejected" given in the Log? Is the set DND, or some other status that would cause this? Installing a second extension, Android or otherwise should not cause this.
