Hello! I happened to do a quick search for "3cx" with winget today and was pleased to discover that the current version of the Desktop App has been published there:

(My systems are in German, because I work in Germany; if that's not a language you read, I apologize for the confusion swirling in your head at the sight of words like "Herausgeber".)
