Hi,

Overnight everyone's 3CX Desktop apps updated and required a restart. Since said update, noone whos not a Queue Manager can see whos in what queues.

We currently have a large number of agents in a fluid set of Call Queues who move about their queues depending on demand. Its been good for everyone to be able to see who's in queues and who's not. Now normal users have no visibility at all. I am a queue manager and I seem to be able to see everyone.

Is this now an option we need to turn on somewhere to have this functionality returned? We never wanted to get rid of it but its been forced on all our agents without our choice (this annoys us greatly also, and is a secondary issue - warn us or give us an option to manually push desktop app updates as a site - we have enough work going on right now that we don't need extra surprises first thing in the morning)!

Hi @ws-kbrown,

From the Desktop App, Panel - I can see all users in my Group who are in the same queues as I am:

No. Prior to the update we could see

No. Prior to this update all users could see all users in all queues. Regardless of whether they were in the same queue or not. There also appears to be a point where you can't see all users assigned to a queue in that list either. It only shows a select few from the list - possibly only those that have 3CX currently running.

Its possibly some functionality that was never suppose to happen, but now the users have had it, and lost it they want it back. So we'd love a way to be able to toggle it back on.

Hi @ws-kbrown,

The only way I can see this working would be if the extension has had manager rights on either of the queues, for example, if the extension was in Queue 1 he would only see users in Queue 1. If he is a manager in Queue 2, he would see all users in Queue 1 and 2. I don't believe that they were supposed to see which extensions are logged in to which queues as User accounts.
