Detect 3CX call In Progress from another App - Android broadcast intent available?

We have an alarm server app that pushes audio alarms, but we want to silence alarms if the user is on an audio call. This works ok using Telephone.Manager with regular phone calls but not 3CX.

Is there a broadcast Intent available to detect a SIP call in progress from 3CX from a third party app or some other way to detect if a SIP call is in progress on another app with Android?

The 3CX Call Control API has the ability to query the 3CX server to see if there are any active calls, and provides details about the calls including who are the participants in the calls. I'm not aware of any other way to get this detailed information. I should point out that this API is not supported, and the documentation has been withdrawn by 3CX.

We wrote a REST API which includes a wrapper for the Call Control API. With this API you can easily query for "Active Connections" to see who is currently on the phone.

Another option would be to look at our 3CX Emergency Notifier tool, which can automatically place phone calls, send emails, and SMS texts when someone dials an emergency number or presses a panic button.
