Dial Code "Pick Up a Call" Separate Configuration

The idea is separate "group pick up" from "individual pick up" so you can treat individually in fxs dial plan.

Reason: if you can trat individually you can refine dial plan to turn the action more fast instead of wait the fxs digit time out.
