Solved Dial Codes Forbidden

I'm using Yealink T46S phones with 3CX 15.5. When I try to use any dial code I get the message "forbidden" on my display and the line terminates. I can't seem to find any settings that would enable or disable this feature.

Check to see what security group, your phone is in.

The extension the phone is provisioned to is a manager.

It must have been something corrupt with my handset. I re provisioned the handset, it rebooted and now it's working
