Dial Codes

I'm looking to make the dial codes for joining/leabing queues and pickup as easy as possible.

I was just wondering, a) is there a reason not use single digit codes (*6,*8) if I have enough of them? and b) is tehre a reason why the default dial code for pickup has two stars *20* instead of just *20 ?

If you change it to something you prefer , and it works for you, great. I would suspect the the current configuration was chosen to allow for the maximum flexibility (number of feature codes), and , perhaps, to prevent any conflicts with numbering plans.
