Dial in conference calls

Hi everyone, really appreciate your help, have a customer which insist on using Dial-in Conference calls, he has to dial 700 first himself and create the conf. then everyone else can dial in from IVR and enter the conf. ID , he insists on if a participant calls in early, the system should say " you will join the conf. as soon as your organizer arrives" not give them an error message that the conf. ID is wrong since it has not been created yet. Makes sense, just that 3CX don't seems to have an option for this scenario, I am sure there were tons of options for using 3CX Video Conf. option but they insist on dialing in to IVR and choose the conf. option.

There is a setting to wait for the organizer when creating a video conference, and people can call in to a video conference…I’ve not tried but what does it say when someone calls in early?

since it is an attendee calling before the moderator has even created the conference ID he will get a invalid PIN error message, meaning the 3CX thinks this is a moderator creating a conference ID but forgot or entered and invalid PIN.

I just disabled the organizer's PIN requirement, so whoever calls in first gets a message stating "you are now creating a new conference", which is not appropriate if an attendee is the one who calls in first.
