Dial in: no connection to web meeting

I've recently tried using the dial in function for a video conference. While the video conference is working fine, the dial in user only hears music respectively if there are several dial in users, they can talk to each other, but not to the video conference users. The firewall check is all green.

I know you've already mentioned passing the firewall test, but, make absolutely sure that there are no other firewall restrictions that may result in the firewall checker passing but the communication with the 3CX MCUs to fail, such as, geo-location restrictions.

Also, check the setting mentioned in the article.

I cannot find any firewall settings that are wrong and I think that setting doesn't exist anymore?
I've checked Paramter ALLOW_MYPHONE_WEBRTC_ENDPOINT and it is set to 1.
