Anyone can help me ?

try this one...

prepend + prefix + match pattern
0049 + 49 +.

Now you have to dial 49061062264X straight.

Dont work, eyebeam says your call canot be completed

I have do like this in pbx

prepend + prefix + match pattern
0049 49 .

and have called number like you say in eyebeam 49061062264X but dont work!

dial 49+ area code + phone number that's how you dial it right?
have you contacted your voip provider?

also try adding the plan on the outbound route and make sure you choose the proper trunk sequence.

can any one help me explaining this sentence

"you can completely replace a number by matching on the prefix only replacing it with a prepend and leaving a match pattern blank".

thanks

syed
