Hi,

I am relatively new to 3CX and I can't find any documentation that relates to my question. Other systems I have experience with can route an incoming call (DID) to any other system in the network of systems.
Can an inbound DID on a 3CX Master to routed to ring on an extension of any one of its 3CX slave systems?
WHat are the potential limitaions if any?

Thanks

Mike

I would suspect that you would only be able to send the calls to a "local"extension/ring group/queue. I haven't tried it myself. If that is the case then a"local" (virtual?) extension may be able to forward the call to an extension number on a bridged PBX as the outbound rules allowed.

You can set the incoming destination to be forwarded to an outside number and use the dialing rules to send it to one of the other systems.
