Hello,

Need a sanity check, please. We need a number routed based on schedule. Am to one IVR, PM to another. No matter what I do It all seems to be reliant on the below “Destination outside office hours”. IT’s almost like the system is stuck in after-hours mode. I didn’t set this up from scratch but inherited this system.
It’s the main trunk number but only changes when I change the "Outside office hours" route. I have also enabled/disabled the global schedule a few times in the testing.

Inbound route for number in Question as I have been trying everything.. The below is no longer setup, as the above snip. I even tried changing the Main trunk number, restarting and testing to no avail.

I’ve tried tying the number to an extension and setting up exceptions.

What am I missing, here if anything?

Maybe the PBX was forced to Out Of Office hours?
Default is *64x where x could be 0, 1, or 2
https://www.3cx.com/docs/pbx-dial-codes/#h.665f9ex1w4m3
Thansk for the suggestion. I just tried that using the cell app and an extension that is the system owner. I get is a fast busy signal for any of the three combinations, *641, *642 and just *64. I don't hear a "CX is now using the..." as the links says I should hear.

We have a few systems and I tried it from my physical desk phone and the same issue (I am a system owner). Busy Signal and "Call failed"

Check the dial codes section of 3CX settings to see if the prefix code is set to sometime not *64

I NOW see this.

I dialed *3121 and it says "3CX is using the default office hours:" However no matter how many times i enter the code its always the default office hours. The is no IN/OUT as it says above. Always says its using default.

So now, only when I change the below highlighted does the call route. Still doesn't route bases on Office Hours.

Looks like I got it working. Solution that at least appeared to work for me...

Remove the hours set for the trunk in the SIP provider setting.

Make changes to global office hours.

Dial the *3121

(Didn't do a restart of the system)

Not sure why it's all of a sudden sticking but it is now working as expected.

Dial the *3121
Just a note, if your dial code is *3121 and you dial it like that then you will always get the default office hours. To get to in office hours you need to dial *31211 and for out of office hours *31212.
However you should stick to the default office hours and route based on office hours instead like you are.
