Difference between V18 and V20 Config Files for CRM Integration

We have a CRM integration XML file that works perfectly fine on V18, but when we bring it over to V20, it does not populate the Variables to then map into 3CX.

Has anyone experienced problems with migrating custom XML CRM integrations?

If it works on v18 it should work on v20. Nothing has changed.

There is no issue with the template generator in V20.
What is the exact issue you have?
