Different number of extensions on primary and secondary server

We have two 3CX instances configured in the same client for failover purposes.
Both were configured with the same FQDN.
New extensions are created on the first server, but the extensions are not being replicated to the second server.

Is there any logs we can gather to troubleshoot this issue?

Please note that with 3cx failover the configuration of the active server is not replicated to the passive as such, Instead, this is actually only achieved by scheduling a backup from the active server and then scheduling a restore on the passive, with a location for the backup configuration that can be reached by both the active and passive servers.
