Different Ringtones for a DID

Client has 3CX PRO 8 SC Hosted by 3CX
They use the Web Client and have one Yealink SIP-T53 as an SBC.

Is there a way to achieve a different ringtone for one specific DID?
It appears that the different ring tone settings only appear when there is a physical IP set used and no options when using the Web client or mobile app.

Any suggestions?

Hi David, you can only set the default ringtone and different ringtones for call queues.

External calls routed to the user extension will use the ringtone for the Alert Info External.

Understood, however the option to enable different ringtones only appears in the user > IP phone settings.
My client uses the Web app, so how would I be able to do this?

All these apply when using a deskphone. If you use the 3cx application you can't change these ringtones.

No problem David, changing ringtones for 3cx apps such as webclient/pwa currently is not possible.
