Digital receptionist forward call to external number

Digital Receptionist should offer an option to press a key and send the call to an external phone number.

Currently the only way to do it is create a "dummy" extension, set it for Out of Office, and then forward to an external number. A very clunky way to accomplish the process.

The workaround is messy. This functionality would be useful in combination with outbound rules for forwarding across a bridge to another 3cx system
