Good morning
I am setting up my digital receptionist with 4 options one will be leave message can i Get a little help with messages 1 I would like to have emails sent of recording and 2 I would like to retrieve from any phone I tried #and * but it does not take me to mail box

To send the voicemail as an attachment, select the option in the voicemail settings by editing the user(s) in the Management Console. Regarding accessing the voicemail from IP phones, you must first dial the voicemail extension and access your voicemail box.
