I have a digital receptionist and I have put number 1 to connect extension and the extension number (100) are fowrad to call an external number but when I trie it it dosent work the lady says i will transfer your call and after 2 sec it says transferd failed. But when i call localy it works with the external number but not when i call the head number. :S
I have another question how could I connect to the phone server when i'am in another office. I have tried with the external IP number but i cant call out. What should I do?
