disa with restrictions - how to?

Hi;
I want to enable special DISA for all incoming calls as an options in the IVR.
Caller should be able to call all internal extensions but no any external numbers via any trunk.

Could somebody helps with this issue and give some suggestions how to configure such a functionality?

Do the following.

1. Install the custom context module.
2. Setup your custom context module to only allow calling your extensions.
3. In your disa point it to your custom context module.
