Some of our remote sites have extensions in rooms such as first aid clinics, kitchens and maintenance workshops etc.
These areas are not manned at all times or assigned to a specific user and local management have requested any voicemails for these extensions be delivered to their mailbox.
We do not want these areas to be unavailable or put in 'do not disturb' based on the managers outlook calendar. In the event of a medical incident the onsite manager will need to be at the first aid clinic however we run the risk of the fist aide phone being put in DnD mode and calls being missed
