Disable DHCP in htek.ph.xml

Hello,

I need to provision an HTEK phone in a location where I dont have DHCP. Can you help me, where in XML template I can disable DHCP? I put statical IP and after provision link and apply, the phone move to DHCP

My phone is Product Model UC912G with 3CX 15.5.9

This may point you in the right direction,

Make the change on the phone, and export the config to a text file - open this file and you will probably see settings relating to DHCP. Setting is either 0 - DHCP, 1 - Static

To test, you can always make the change within the config file and reimport it to see if the phone settings changes

When you know what you are looking for, create a customer template and adjust the settings
