Disable handset ringing when out of the office and using app

I have a customer that has Polycom VVX450 handsets in the office and the 3CX App when out and about.

We have set an "In Office" status that stops calls from ringing on the app when users are at their desks. They would also like an AFK status that will ring only on the 3CX App, not their deskphone. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @rylandcomms you can disable push notifications for the app when using available status or also disable the account on the 3cx app when he is in the office, but there is not a way to prevent the ip phone from ringing, he would need to power off the device when leaving the office instead...
