Is it possible to disable the pop out of the chat? Using the HTML Editor.

At the moment, there is no way to stop the pop-out chat feature.

Is it possible to change the default size of the pop out window?

Comes out on the chunky side, can it be made thinner?

At present, no. The --call-us-form-height:xxx px does not affect the pop out height.

Ok, last questions for you..

is it possible to not have the chat automatically "Take" the chat and change the name?

Im sure previously you've been able to chat as the default and only when it's taken, thats when it changes.

and what does "ignore queue ownership" mean?

Hi @kieferschild,

I believe once an agent types a message, the chat will be taken by them automatically. I don't think there is a way to auto-take without responding to the chat.

Ignore Queue Ownership allows visitors on the site to trigger a call without an agent taking ownership of the chat first.
