Display Ring Group in App when contact is saved

Dear All,

I am sorry if this questions has been posted already but I have looked in the forum and it seems that i can't find a solution.

What i am trying to achieve is to have the Ring Group name shown in the incoming calls in the app, during lockscreen too.
But if the number is NOT saved in the cell phone phonebook the Ring group will show properly, otherwise if the number is saved instead it won't show ring group name.
I.e. If i call from Peter's cell phone 123, with his # saved on my cell where the app is present, to the trunk/ring group (ROME) on 3xc 456.
When the call is received the Ring group is not showing. If i delete the number of Peter in the cell phone, then i get what it is needed: ROME: 123

Is there a way to make this work with numbers saved on the cell too?

If the contact is saved in the phone, there's nothing 3CX can do. The phone does that by itself.

Just don't save them in the phone or use the app and save the contacts in there instead.
