DND - External Calls Forward to My Extension

Hello,
my Extension is in DND State.
In DND Profil I have this:

• External Calls / Forward To Extension / "My extension Nummer"

But when I calling my external Number from Mobile Phone, operator say me Number does not exist.

In Wireshark 3cx PBX send only 404 Not found.

Is it normal?
In DND I cannot forward Calls to my Extension?

You want to forward the calls from your extension to your extension ? I think there is a design mistake first if you’re DND I guess you don’t want to receive the call (and you won’t) ?

I need DND only for internal calls ;-)
I think DND is only Profil, same as available, and in Available Profile is it possible.

Or in Available and Available 2 can I make forward to my extension?

Unfortunately what you're trying to do would only create a loop anyway if it was possible.

if your DND, you are DND. away = away.

you're trying to create exceptions so that internal calls can call you when youre in this state but it is not possible.

You would need to forward internal calls to your mobile or whatever using exceptions or create a 2nd extension and set it up manually on your phone.
