Hi

We have Yealink T23G phones working on Version 14 SP3 with a direct extension on a BLF registered too Account 2. Account 1 is the actual phone extension. If we press the DND button the phone extension, Account 1 goes in and out of DND as expected.

We have upgraded to Version 15 SP3 and now have problems.

It seems that for a 10 second window, out of every 60 seconds, when the DND button is pressed it puts the Account 2 extension on the BLF key into DND. If you press the key during the other 50 seconds it works as it should.

We have tried escalating this with 3CX support and have the response that multiple accounts are not supported which seems strange?

Has anyone come across this? Could it be a timer somewhere on the phone template?

Thanks
Simon

I have exactly the same problem (opened a thread on the forum couple of days ago). This also happened when switchting from v14 to v15.5 sp4

Simon: I have invested a lot of my time in this problem and I found a setting which might have something to do with this: Feature Key Synchronization
Do you have this setting in your phone? I've read that it should be disabled (value 0 in the config file).

Hi Rob
Our custom template sets Feature Key Synchronization to zero as we also found this allows call forwarding to be set on the phone.
We have Yealink T23g phones and I cannot find what tab it is under so I can check, would you know where to find it?
Simon

It is under features - general settings but on newer firmware versions it is not visible in the gui anymore and can only be set by using the parameter in the config file.

That would explain why I can't find it.

Can I ask one more question, do you find since upgrading to the latest firmware on the T23G that the keypad is slow to respond. Sometimes we push a key and it can take 5 to 10 seconds for the screen to respond
