Solved DNS error resolving FQDN, or service is not available.

Registration at MYR has failed.
Destination (sip [email protected]:5060) is not reachable, DNS error resolving FQDN, or service is not available.

I am with MyRepublic Australia, the 3cx server is on Azure (V15.5 SP6)

It used to work fine, but stopped some days ago, i have been trying to talk to MYR but there is no help.

Has anyone a solution for this

is your fqdn resolving ?
if you send a dns lookup command on fqdn, does it resolves?

Do you have static public IP on your Azure pbx?

I have pinged your providers FQDN and the RTT looks a little bit high… 330ms.
Please try to use the provider IP address instead of his FQDN and see it this will help?
Keep in mind that a high RTT can have negative effects on the VoIP calls.
