Hi
after update to v20 trunk not work with me
Registration at xxxxxxxx has failed.
Destination (sip:172.16.16.10:5060;transport=TCP;lr) is not reachable, DNS error resolving FQDN, or service is not available.


i'm using yeastar neogat 410A

Also, when calling internal numbers, the name does not appear. It appears as in the picture.

This is not a product supported by 3CX.
You should seek assistance directly from Yeastar or opt for a 3CX-certified product.

That being said, why TCP?
Try using UDP instead.
