Simple answer.. No we don't.

Use a router supporting Radius. Consider MikroTik as inexpensive and feature-rich option if you don't have one.

RADIUS is frequently used in software PBXs and Softswitchs for authorization and accounting on billing. Do you provide any other ways of interaction with billing systems?
