Does Meta Access Test Accounts During 3CX Integration Verification?

when integrating 3CX and meta, in app verification, meta requires url for 3CX server and test accounts. Does meta really access to this test account?

Are we the only one that find the "App Review" Procedure very inappropriate!! why should we give meta an account test to our 3CX ? Meta is asking for video explaining how to use the application ?

My customer have very restrictive security policy and we should give him a report that 3cx data will not be abused by anyone

Hello,

We are enabling a test account so Meta can do the necessary tests. But at least we are trying to protect as most as we can the data of the customer. How can we disable phonebook research for this account. The 3cx is integrated with CRM. so phonebook contains all data of customer's contacts
