Domain name instead of an IP address in voicemail emails?

I would like our voicemail emails to show our company domain (pbx.myDomainName.com) instead of our phone system's IP address. Where can I edit this?

Our current voicemail email looks like this:

(Bill Smith - 217),

There is a new voicemail in mailbox 217:

From: "(Mary Johnson)" <316>
Length: 0:04 seconds
Date: Monday, November 18, 2013 at 09:56:51 PM

Dial *97 to access your voicemail by phone.
Visit http://129.21.37.191/recordings/index.php?login=217 to check your voicemail with a web browser.

The "vm_email.inc" file looks like this:

What's happening here is that once you reload the core or reload voicemail it will be overwritten and your changes lost. I was having the same issue a while ago and one of the moderators here gave a good workaround that worked for me like a charm.

Edit the file and save it the way you want it, save the changes and exit the file, then change its permissions to read only with the following command from the Linux CLI:

chmod 444 vm_email.inc

This way the file will not be overwritten and be changed back again. Trust me, this works as a workaround.
