We just recently upgraded to v20. When we add a new user, they automatically have the "Enable 2FA" option (General tab of Add User) and the Google "Enable SSO" (bottom of the Options tab of Add User). We don't use either of these, so every time a user is created we need to manually disable them.
2FA shouldn't be enabled by default:
Google SSO shouldn't be enabled by default (especially when not even the Google Integration configured in our system):
