Solved Door phone Fanvil i18s / BLF / Video

Hello,

I am in the process of commissioning a Fanvil i18s. Call via the BLF button works. Only I have the problem that I can specify only one extension with the BLF button. I would like to specify a signaling group though. Is that not possible?
Video only works in the web client, video does not work in the 3CX V18 desktop client. Is this correct?

Hi Fabian,

You can only assign a single extension to the button. It can be a ring group (if you want to call multiple destinations) but this will prevent video from working altogether due to the way this works.

If you keep it towards a single extension, you can have video on Webclient and the Windows Desktop app.

thanks for your fast reply.
When i select Speed dial i can only see in the list the normal extensions. My Ring groups are not listed.

Hi,

Create a Custom Speed Dial, give it any name you want, then type the extension of your choice.

Reprovision your device and it should now accept it.
